Earn stars every time you make a purchase through the app. Once you've collected enough stars, you'll unlock free drinks, pastries, and other rewards. You can track your progress on the Rewards tab.

Yes. Place your order through the app, and pick it up when it's ready — no queueing required.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment details are securely stored for faster future orders.

Yes, the app works at all of our London locations. You'll find the full list of stores within the app under "Find a store".

When placing your order, select the reward or enter your voucher code at checkout. Your discount or free item will be applied automatically.

Our app uses a passcode or Face ID with text message verification — no passwords needed. If you're not receiving your verification text, check that your phone number is entered correctly and that you have signal. If you're still having issues, please email support@thecoffeestudioldn.com and our team will help you out.

Go to the Profile tab in the app, then tap "Account settings" to update your name, email, password, or saved payment methods.
